Passengers receiving special rates based on residency or age will be required to show a government-issued form of identification (passport, or birth certificate and driver's license) at the pier to validate state of residency or age prior to boarding the cruise ship.

To qualify for MileagePlus Cruise Awards’s Price Match Guarantee, the less expensive cruise must be:
- An exact match (same ship, sailing dates, cabin category, etc.) to the original cruise that was booked within the last 48 hours;
- Priced in USD;
- The same rate that you previously booked and one that you’d be eligible to receive (residency rates, age-related discounts, etc.);
- Verifiable and available for booking when you contact us.
* MileagePlus Cruise Awards’s Price Match Guarantee applies only to the cost of the cruise (including port charges). It does not apply to promotional extras or bundled amenities such as onboard spending, beverage packages, Wi-Fi, gratuities, shore excursions, group deals, air or land components, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, or other value-added components. We will match the fare price only, not the total value of additional perks offered by other sellers.
MileagePlus Cruise Awards’s Price Match Guarantee applies only to cruise rates available to the general public. It does not apply to consolidator, group, incentive, interline, meeting, or convention rates that are not available to the general public. Taxes and fees, which vary by itinerary, are not included. MileagePlus Cruise Awards reserves the right to refuse the price match should the lower price not be available to independently confirm with the competitor. MileagePlus Cruise Awards reserves the right to refuse the price match for any errors in prices by the competition. If your price match request is approved, it will be fulfilled within 7-10 business days of approval. Exact method of fulfillment will be based on several factors, including the amount currently paid toward the booking. MileagePlus Cruise Awards reserves the right to modify or cancel the Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice or liability to you.
Terms & Conditions
Premier status offers are valid only for new individual United Cruises bookings for qualifying staterooms on Norwegian, Oceania, and Regent Seven Seas departing on or before 12/31/26. Booking must be made at least 45 days prior to departure to receive Premier status offer through United Cruises by phone or online at cruises.united.com; or MileagePlus Cruises Awards by phone or online at cruises.mileageplus.com. Offer is only available for United MileagePlus® members with Premier status. MileagePlus member number must be provided at time of booking as Reward Earner or Redeemer to validate membership status level with United Airlines. If MileagePlus member with Premier status is a passenger on the booking but is not flagged the Reward Earner or Redeemer, status will not be validated and offer will not be awarded. Qualification for the offer is based on Premier status at time of booking.
“Refundable Rate” only applies to the deposit portion of the cruise fare and the cruise must be cancelled prior to the applicable cruise line’s Final Payment deadline to qualify. Deposit does not include any applicable processing fees. Other restrictions or cancellation penalties may apply. Refundable Rate Offer does not apply to chartered sailings or contracted group bookings.
NONE OF UNITED AIRLINES, INC., MILEAGE PLUS HOLDINGS, LLC, THEIR AFFILIATES, OR ANY EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR AGENTS OF ANY SUCH PARTIES SHALL BE HELD LIABLE FOR, AND EACH MEMBER HEREBY WAIVES ANY CLAIM AGAINST SUCH PARTIES FOR ANY LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, ANY INJURY TO PERSON, OR ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY REASON OF ANY DEFECT, FAILURE, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER WRONGFUL ACT OR OMISSION, OF ANY OF WORLD TRAVEL HOLDINGS, INC., ITS AFFILIATES OR AGENTS, ANY CRUISE LINE OR, ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY PROVIDING SERVICES UNDER THE CRUISE AWARD REDEMPTION PROGRAM, OR ANY EMPLOYEE OR AGENT THEREOF. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
